The Hemet/San Jacinto Chamber of Commerce and Community Connect will host the second workshop to help strengthen and support nonprofit agencies and the business community. This will be our second workshop in a series of five workshop that will be held.
This workshop will be focused on Marketing Trends & Strategies that your organization can utilize to improve its reach.
Our guest speaker will be Aaron Norris. Aaron is Vice President of The Norris Group. His role at The Norris Group includes investor relations, business development, community outreach, marketing, public relations, and special events. Aaron serves on several local nonprofit and professional association boards and is actively involved in the community in efforts like Give BIG Riverside County (founding team member). In total, Aaron has been directly involved in raising over $1 million for charity since 2008 with initiatives like Give BIG Riverside County.
Aaron has an MBA from UC Irvine with a focus in marketing communications. He's an Accredited Public Relations professional (APR) and also holds his Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CPSG) designation.
Aaron has been teaching nationally on web technology and trends for small business, nonprofits and marketing professionals for the past 5 years at colleges, professional associations, and conferences.
Participants will learn:

Key tech trends affecting marketing and business in 2016.
Best timing to begin marketing your event or fundraiser.
