CFLC is a non-profit that has stood strong in the Riverside County community since 1982. It is our aim to strengthen communities through various programs that inspire hope, trust, and possibilities for our community. CFLC achieves this via our Foster Agency, STRTP homes for young women, Job Training and Education for youth, and our Strengthening Family Services.
