The Hemet Police Department in conjunction with Target Super Center will again participate in National Night Out.  Hemet Police Department will bring several items for display, coloring books, balloons, & fingerprint kits for children.  This event will help to promote neighborhood spirit and police-community-business partnerships.  Hemet Police Officers, Explorers, and Volunteers will again join this event to help (1) Heighten crime prevention awareness, (2) Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime programs, (3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships, and (4) Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.  Representatives from Lona Ice, Hometown Buffet, ADT Home Security and others will be on-hand with Hemet Home Instead Senior Care grilling BBQ donated by our Hemet Target Super Center.
