SUMMARY:Leading in a Crisis Mastermind
DESCRIPTION:This Mastermind Group is designed to help participants learn practical ways to maneuver through times of difficulty and adversity while helping others around them. Each session\, you will guide the participants through thoughts\, values\, and decisions to help them implement daily\, small\, practical steps that will help them experience greater peace and empowerment as they lead through the crisis. Each lesson is designed to prompt questions from the reading\, draw out key values\, and encourage discussion. Remember\, mastermind leaders\, function as facilitators. They instigate discussion\, promote self-discovery\, and encourage the application of ideas presented in the material being studied among participants. As a Mastermind facilitator adding value is my first target and encouraging people to act on what they discover about leadership in difficult times. My focus is on encouraging participants to internalize what they're learning by understanding the ideas\, having a greater self-awareness related to those ideas\, intentionally applying practical application to their lives\, and putting small steps into action for more effective leadership.\n\n \n\nLeading through the Crisis Mastermind will constitute four sessions\, 1 hour each.\n\n Defining the Crisis\n Battling distractions during the crisis\n Character in the crisis\n Real Leadership in the crisis.
