Residential Care Facilities are a long-term residential care option designed for persons 60 and older. They provide room, board, housekeeping, supervision, and personal care assistance with basic activities like personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and walking. Facilities usually centrally store and distribute medications for residents to self-administer.
Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly must meet care and safety standards set by the State and are licensed and inspected by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing (CCL).
Abundant Grace Senior Living offer resident’s assistance with their daily activities and the security of around-the-clock staff. At the same time, residents are able to remain as independent as they please. This makes assisted living a good fit for many seniors who are beginning to have health challenges.
