Green Business Forum brought to you by the US Green Building Council, Los Angeles Chapter, Inland Empire Branch, in partnership with Healthy RC and City of Riverside.  Interested in going Green?  Learn about the steps you can to become a recognized green business and hear from local speakers who have made the switch.  Speakers will present various paths on how to become a certified green business.  First off, the benefits of Corporate Social Responsibility will be discussed, followed by certification options through City and State Green Business Recognition Programs, and then B Corp (Benefit-Corporation) certification will be presented.  The event will wrap-up with a networking session over lunch and a Frontier Project site tour.  The purpose of the event is to bring together businesses who are interested in becoming green, those who already made strides towards success, and those who continually aim to improve their environmental sustainability efforts.
